"I have been with State Farm since the early 1980’s. I have been through employee changes with them throughout the years, and I must tell you that all of them are top of the line in their positions. I have had several claims that have been handled flawlessly. They pay attention to every detail and listen to every suggestion or concern I have. I have never been disappointed. Roseanna, Ken, and now Effie go above and beyond to help you get the very best insurance policies and treat you like you are the most important person and not just a client. I thank them and highly recommend them for all your insurance needs. Update I just wanted to add I received a follow up call from Roseanne with whom I’ve been working for a very long time. She’s an absolute God send and immediately answered all my questions and concerns and provided me with outstanding service and savings. Please do NOT HESITATE to ask for Roseanna for your insurance needs. And I commend Effie for her continued commitment to her customers."
